Your job

As our UX Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our digital future. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and architects, working ahead of delivery teams to validate new ideas and refine our strategy. By leveraging innovative methods like design thinking, you'll dive deep into the world of fintech to create groundbreaking solutions. Your role will be crucial in transforming our ambitions into tangible, user-centric products that redefine the user experience.

 Responsibilities: 

• You'll define and refine the ambition and purpose of our brand and products 
• Together with Product Managers you'll develop current and future propositions, including app functionalities and website features 
• You'll drive product development by analyzing target groups and crafting new value propositions 
• You'll lead ideation sessions for innovative product features and functionalities 
• You'll develop concepts into distinctive features and create strategies with clear KPIs 
• You'll brief UX, UI, and tech teams on new initiatives 
• You'll conduct and analyze market trends and customer research to guide product development 
• You'll organize and host workshops aligned with design thinking principles 

 Requirements: 

• You have proven experience (5+ years) in UX strategy, preferably in the banking or fintech sector 
• You possess a strong background in innovation methods, particularly design thinking 
• You have extensive knowledge of digital product development and management 
• You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 
• You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels 
• You have experience in organizing and facilitating workshops and ideation sessions 
• You are proficient in UX research methodologies and tools 
• You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
