We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our First Line Compliance and Quality Assurance (FLCQA) team.
Position Overview:
The Junior First Line Compliance Officer will work closely with the Head of Department and First Line Compliance Officer (FLCO) to assist with the daily activities of the FLCQA team. The successful candidate will coordinate, manage, and monitor customer due diligence (CDD) tasks across key departments, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies, and risk metrics. This is a unique opportunity to manage compliance processes and facilitate effective communication between departments in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in CDD Reviews: Support the periodic CDD reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Ensure that compliance-related tasks are completed efficiently and meet both internal and external requirements.
- Transaction Operations and Follow-ups: Conclude and follow up on operations/transactions assigned by the Head of Department or FLCO, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage and oversee the administrative operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to internal protocols.
- Collaboration with Team Members: Work with FLCQA colleagues to integrate compliance tasks into day-to-day operations, and assist in the development and implementation of department-specific tasks.
About you
Required Knowledge:
- Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Political Science, Law, Economics, Engineering, or similar).
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, with Turkish language skills preferred. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and follow-through.
