Manager Transfer Pricing - International Tax Services (locatie Amsterdam, Rotterdam of Eindhoven)
Job Description & Summary
As a manager, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and developing our Transfer Pricing practice, which encompasses financial transactions, operational transfer pricing, value chain transformations and developing transfer pricing solutions. You will win work, lead projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with international colleagues on highly technical transfer pricing challenges to deliver exceptional value to our clients being large Dutch and foreign multinational operating in every imaginable industry.
What will you be doing?
- Advisory: provide industry leading top-notch transfer pricing advice on a diverse portfolio of clients;
- Leadership: manage and inspire a team, helping them grow their technical muscle and their career as transfer pricing professional;
- Project management: oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery;
- Innovation: drive digital and technological innovations to enhance our services;
- Thought leadership: contribute to industry publications and represent PwC at events.

You are a proactive and ambitious professional with a passion for transfer pricing. You thrive in a team environment and are eager to lead and innovate. Here’s what we need from you:
- An university degree in economics, law, finance, or a related field;
- Extensive experience in transfer pricing (6+ years);
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team;
- Excellent communication and with a focus on service delivery;
- An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset;
- A knack for problem-solving and an ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
