What can you expect?
The Analyst role in the CF team involves the preparation of presentations and comprehensive (financial) analyses, all geared towards supporting (prospective) clients in potential acquisition, divestment or merger processes. In addition it involves frequent contact with (prospective) clients, external advisors (e.g. lawyers, accountants, strategy consultants) and financing banks in respect of execution support. Managing internal relations with related departments, such as Capital Structuring & Advisory, Structured Acquisition Finance and Corporate Investments, is also an integral part of the daily activities. Responsibilities
Based in Amsterdam, responsibilities include:
- Supporting senior team members with day-to-day origination and execution efforts
- Preparations of presentations and financial models
- Daily process management of M&A/ECM transactions in execution
- Monitor market developments and identify opportunities for new business
Your profile
- 0 to 3 years of working experience within an investment banking or related client-facing HVA environment
- Ability to deliver quality output under high time-pressure
- Team-player
- High ambition/ energy level; eager to go “the extra mile”
- Good representative of the team, both internally and externally
- Fluency in business English is required and oral proficiency in Dutch preferred
